• All contests and challenges are open to eligible users who comply with these Terms and applicable local laws.
• We reserve the right to verify your age and eligibility at any time and to suspend or terminate accounts that do not meet eligibility requirements.

• Users must create an account to create contests or submit entries. Voting may be available to both registered and unregistered users depending on contest settings.
• Each user is permitted one account only. Creating multiple accounts, using fake identities, or engaging in fraudulent activity will result in immediate disqualification and account termination.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to notify us immediately at showus25@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering and to keep your account information updated.
• You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

• Registered users may create contests on the platform and are solely responsible for the content, management, and outcomes of their contests.
• ShowUs acts as a platform provider and does not endorse, sponsor, or guarantee any user-created contests. We are not a party to any contest between a creator and its participants.
• Contest creators must ensure their contests comply with all applicable laws, including advertising standards, consumer protection laws, and data privacy regulations.
• Contest creators must not post content that is illegal, offensive, defamatory, sexually explicit, or that infringes on intellectual property rights.
• ShowUs reserves the right to remove, modify, suspend, or cancel any contest at any time and without notice if it violates these Terms or is otherwise deemed inappropriate at our sole discretion.

• Participants must comply with all contest-specific rules as set out by the contest creator.
• Automated voting, vote manipulation, use of bots or scripts, proxy voting, or any other method designed to artificially inflate vote counts is strictly prohibited and will result in disqualification and account suspension.
• Voting periods and methods will be clearly specified for each contest. Votes cast outside the specified period will not be counted.
• ShowUs reserves the right to review, adjust, or invalidate votes at any time in cases of suspected fraud, manipulation, technical errors, or platform abuse. Our decisions in such matters are final.
• We may implement fraud detection measures, including device fingerprinting and IP analysis, to protect the integrity of all contests.

• Contest entries must be submitted within the time frame specified by the contest creator.
• Entries must be original works created by the submitting user and must not infringe on the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or any other rights of third parties.
• By submitting an entry, you confirm that you have all necessary rights, permissions, and licences to submit and grant ShowUs the rights described in Section 11 (User Content Licence).
• ShowUs reserves the right to disqualify any entry that violates these Terms, is offensive, illegal, or otherwise deemed inappropriate at our sole discretion.

• Winners are determined based on voting results or contest-specific criteria established by the contest creator, including any tie-breaking criteria.
• In the event that a winner is disqualified, ShowUs or the contest creator may select an alternate winner at their sole discretion.
• Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and subject to availability unless otherwise stated by the contest creator.
• ShowUs does not guarantee the availability, fulfilment, or delivery of any prizes. Contest creators and/or their sponsors are solely responsible for prize fulfilment unless ShowUs has explicitly stated otherwise in writing.
• ShowUs is not liable for any failure of a contest creator to deliver prizes to winners.

• All platform content, design, software, trademarks, and logos owned by ShowUs are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use them without our express written permission.
• Users retain ownership of original content they submit to the platform.
• Unauthorised use, copying, or redistribution of any contest content is prohibited and may constitute copyright infringement.

By submitting, posting, or uploading any content (including photos, videos, text, usernames, or profile images) to ShowUs, you grant ShowUs a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable licence to use, display, reproduce, distribute, adapt, and promote such content in connection with operating and marketing the platform, including in social media posts, promotional materials, and advertising.

This licence does not affect your ownership of your content. You may remove your content from the platform at any time, subject to our data retention policy, and the licence will terminate with respect to content you remove, except where it has already been shared or distributed.

• ShowUs displays advertisements served by Google AdSense and other advertising networks. These ads are governed by Google's advertising policies and the respective networks' terms.
• Third-party advertisers may use cookies and tracking technologies as described in our Privacy Policy.
• ShowUs is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party advertisements or linked websites.
• Clicking on third-party ads may result in you leaving our platform. We encourage you to review the terms and privacy policies of any third-party sites you visit.

• ShowUs provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access to our platform and may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without notice.
• ShowUs is not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or legality of any user-generated content, contest, or prizes.
• ShowUs is not liable for any damages arising from your participation in, voting in, or creation of any contest on the platform.
• To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ShowUs and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses — arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the platform, even if ShowUs has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability, our liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.

• Upon termination, your right to use the platform immediately ceases. ShowUs may retain your data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
• You may delete your account at any time through your profile settings. Deletion requests are subject to our data retention policy.
• ShowUs is not liable to you or any third party for any suspension or termination of your account.

• Use the platform for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose.
• Post or transmit any content that is hateful, defamatory, obscene, sexually explicit, or that promotes violence or discrimination.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform or any other user's account.
• Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access or interact with the platform without our written permission.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the platform or its infrastructure.
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.

• ShowUs reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.
• When changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify users via email or a notice on the platform.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any updated Terms, you must stop using the platform.

• These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
• Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nigeria.
